1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TELCB1.COM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Description of Service

TELCB1.COM is an online platform that provides mock exams for TELC B1 German language exam preparation. The platform includes practice tests for Reading Comprehension, Language Elements, Listening Comprehension, and Written Expression. Some features require a paid subscription.

3. Not an Official Certification

This platform provides practice exams only. Results from our mock exams do not constitute an official TELC certification. TELCB1.COM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TELC GmbH in any way.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks made in bad faith
  • Share access credentials with third parties
  • Misuse our Services, including attempts to scrape, copy, or redistribute exam content

Where possible, we will notify the affected user before terminating an account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund (see Section 7).

7. Refund Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, unless you have accessed premium exams or other paid content on the platform.

Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: By accessing any premium exam or other paid content during the 14-day period, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal, as you have begun consuming the digital content.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our Services — such as prolonged outages, broken audio playback in Listening sections, or persistent failures in exam grading — and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

No Refunds for:

  • Used or partially used subscriptions
  • Account terminations due to violations of these Terms
  • Unauthorized sharing of account credentials
  • Changes to the official TELC B1 exam by TELC GmbH, or changes in your personal circumstances (e.g. a cancelled exam booking)

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with detailed reasoning and the account email used at purchase.

Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including exam questions, texts, and audio materials, is the property of TELCB1.COM or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TELCB1.COM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
